Conentration

What I am doing for my concentration series is self portraits. I really like doing self potraits for this. My inspiration is finding out who you truly are and what you were made to do for this world.

Critque of a famous artist: Ansel Adams

Yosemite National Park.Yosemite National Park. Ansel Adams.
Describe: This artwork was taken in the Yosemite National Park, by Ansel Adams.
Analyze: The color of the photo really makes the photo. The line of the tree is the first focus of the photo. Then it is the shadow of the tree across the rocks.
Interpret: The feeling of the photo creates a peaceful feel. The view of the mountains in the background helps create a feel of distance from the rest of the world.
Judge: I do really like this photo, it creates a peacful feel from the rest of the world. I would say that this is an exceptional photo. If the photo was in color than the photo would not be as good. The black and white completes it.

This photo is an emulation of Diane Fenster I really do not like this photo. I think that I will redo the artist emulation project, with someone different.

My Favorite Summer Work

Over the summer I went hiking up in the mountains. To take this photo I used a point and shot camera on the micro selection. I lined it up against the tree and did the worm's eye view technique.
